Itinerary:

0800 hrs - Depart the Legend by car with an English speaking tour guide and head into the heart of Chiang Rai city with the guide pointing out places of interest.

Visit two of the city's most famous temples, Wat Prakaew and Wat Rong Khoon. Also stop to inspect more closely anything, or any aspect of life in the city that catches your attention.

Head north turning of the main highway to follow rural back roads to the Khun Korn waterfalls.

Enjoy lunch in the national park centre, before or after you take the walk along well established paths (1.5km) that aid your ascent to the waterfalls themselves.

Enjoy the tree filled setting, then when you are ready, return back down along the path with your guide telling you what he can about the flora and fauna of the area.

The return to the Legend by car takes around 45 minutes.
