The Track of the Tiger group has opened a delightful new restaurant aimed at elevating'Khao Soy' from its street food status, to its rightful place as the signature dish of northern Thai cuisine.The restaurant is constructed in a style that highlights the use of local materials (wood, large diameter bamboo poles, traditional clay brick flooring), on a 'quiet' section of Charoenphratet Road, 50 metres north of the Anusarn market exit, and only 200 metres from the famous night bazaar.The restaurant, aptly named 'JUST KHAO SOY' serves only that dish, but in bigger portions, and using a higher quality of ingredients that is used in the street food version.
There are 3 different types
of chicken dish available
(1) Gai Muang,
(2) Gai Sam Sai - Nua Ok (breast).
(3) Gai Sam Sai - Leg & wings, as well as beef and vegetarian options.
In addition you choose either flat Chiang Mai, or round Mae Salong style
noodles.
The meal is served in specially designed 'Khao Soy' sets, consisting of 8 small ceramic condiment dishes, laid around a large 'Khao Soy' bowl, and set on an artist's palette.

1. Pick up from guest hotel
