MAIN DISH - LUNCH OR DINNER

"Northern Thailand's signature dish - served with your choice of main ingredients. Our recipe is more spicy than the 'street food version' - but you can use the various condiments to tone it down if you find it too spicy for your liking".

The following dishes are all served with either (a) Chiang Mai flat noodles - (b) Mae Salong round noodles. Please inform the waiter/waitress of your preference.

WARNING !!! - Our standard Khao Soy is very spicy by western standards, please ask for a mild version if you think that will better suit your taste.
