Half Day Cooking Course– At
the Krua Maekok Thai Food Cooking School

The Maekok River Village Resort is well know for its extensive menu of
excellent Thai food. Unlike major city hotels, the food prepared
in the kitchens is not toned down to suit the western palate,
it is authentic Thai. The half day course, (morning or afternoon)
is conducted in the Krua Maekok cooking school in the grounds
of the Maekok River Village Resort.
The facility
has 12 fully equipped individual cooking stations, set around
a focal point, the chef instructors station. On this course
the chef first demonstrates the preparation and cooking of
each dish (assisted by one of our tour guides),and then watches
as you repeat the complete process yourself, in your own cooking
station.
In this
manner, you will be taught to cook 3 popular Thai dishes.You
may take away the dishes you have cooked to be eaten at your
leisure.
