Declaration

Track of the Tiger Co. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend tour programme content and pricing if such change is deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Examples of where this would apply:

• Hotel used fails to meet our own safety standards on unscheduled safety check.
   
• Hotel used changes agreed rates, imposes non-agreed surcharges or otherwise defaults on the spirit of the contract.
   
• Border point at Tachilek - Mae Sai is temporarily closed or entry to Burma is deemed unsafe; or, entry fee is ‘hiked’ beyond what could be deemed a reasonable increase.
   
• Where changes in the prevailing currency exchange rates force us to increase our pricing at short notice.

In most cases, clients would be advised of changes before the tour departure and given the option of cancelling their tour programme or negotiating a rate change or acceptable modification to the programme.
