FAMILY FRIENDLY POLICIES
NO SURCHARGES - peak season, gala dinner or otherwise.
NO SERVICE CHARGES - you decide when and how much to TIP the staff based on the standard of service you receive.
BIG FRIDGES - Rooms are fitted with 5.9 cu.ft fridges so that families may bring along the children's favourite snacks etc. Enough tea, coffee, powdered milk and sugar is provided free of charge for at least two cups per day per person.
CHILDRENS MEALS – The Resort restaurants have a children’s menu offering western food. Portions are small and can either be served at the dining table provided in each family villa, or in one of our 3 restaurants.
TODDLERS PADDLING POOL – Apart from the main swimming pool the Resort has a 4m x 4m x 50cm deep children’s paddling pool with ramp access.
CORKAGE POLICY - You may bring along your own wines, or duty free alcohol (excluding beer, soft drinks or mixers) to be enjoyed with your meals, without incurring a corkage charge.
E-MAIL/INTERNET ACCESS – Urgent work to be done? Need to stay in touch with the office? bring along your laptop. Connections to the internet can be made direct from the room at only Baht 5.- per local call. Or can be sent direct from our business centre.
ACCOMMODATION FOR MAIDS & DRIVERS – Many expatriate families employ the services of a maid and or a driver. We are able to provide accommodation for both at reasonable prices in our tour guide wing.

THE BAMBOO MAN ADVENTURE CLUB
More than a low season discount, membership in the Bamboo Man Adventure Club allows those individuals who will be using the facilities on a regular basis an accumulative discount system on services provided by both the resort & the tour company. This system is put in place to encourage both Thai and expatriate families to spend more time undertaking adventure pursuits.
