Our Family Friendly Tours are designed to provide the flexibility of a private holiday with the advantages of group tour pricing. (Please see our tour and booking notes below.) Tour & Booking Notes 1. All itineraries
are guided by an English speaking guide. 3. On all the
tours listed below, clients may request the guide to stop at any
additional attraction or point of interest on route (e.g. Butterfly
Farm, Snake Farm, markets etc.) provided that: (b) The participants cover any additional expenses (e.g. entrance fees) without Track of the Tiger Co. Ltd. incurring any additional expense (e.g. fuel, vehicle charges). (c) The delays incurred (e.g. due to additional stops) and any repercussions from them, are accepted by all the participants without recourse. Pre- and post programme options. For those arriving early on day one, or departing late on please advise us if you have any tour requirements to be undertaken outside of the above programme. You may wish to go shopping, play golf, visit the various temples or just explore the old city areas on foot. We would quote for these tours with pricing based on the size of your group. Booking notes Scheduled departures – Departure days are as indicated on each tour programme. For scheduled departures a minimum of 16 pax is required. Cancellation policy: - You may book smaller groups on the understanding that if; (a) You cancel the group less than 30 days prior to departure date you accept pay a 50% cancellation fee. (b) If we cancel a scheduled group departure we provide a full refund. Groups smaller than 16 pax – Price quotation on request. Ad hoc groups. For ad hoc groups (schools, clubs, associations, embassies, companies etc.) the various excursion options can be modified to suit most requirements, and meeting/discussion/training alternative leisure or periods inserted as and where required.
