Golf from CNX & MRVR

Chiang Rai is home to two of Thailand’s best golf courses, Waterford and Santiburi. Track of the Tiger can provide transfers to/from and excellent rates at both courses – and the GM of the resort would be happy to provide information on his ‘hole in one’ from 2007! Additionally, clubs and shoes are available to rent at each course.

Depart the resort at a time stipulated by the group and travel (app. 1.5hrs) by air conditioned minibus to the Waterford Valley Golf Course on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. This is a championship 18 hole course set amongst low hills, hollows, bunkers and lakes. Trees have been planted to improve the course’s definition. The par for the course is 72. It is well designed and is one of Chiang Rai’s two golf courses. Return to the resort at your leisure with stops en route as requested.

Depart the resort at a time stipulated by the participants and travel (app. 1hr 45 minutes) by minibus to the Santiburi Golf course on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. This 18 hole course is well designed and is one of Chiang Rai’s two golf courses. Return to the resort at your leisure with stops as requested.
