Overnight or Multi-day Team Building Challenges

Overnight and multi-day challenges are varied and included physical team building, seminar time and community service. See below for the full range of options, and remember that a programme can be custom-built for clients.

All challenges are unique and will test the mental and physical strengths of the participants, as well encourage those important team-skills to develop: communication, planning, problem solving, leadership and team cohesion. Above all, they are fun, exciting ways to bring your team together, regardless of background, seniority, nationality, familiarity or religion. All programmes are directed by a foreign-national manager and teams are supervised by English-speaking Facilitators.

Whilst most of the events below are specifically designed for Chiang Mai, many can be operated in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket or any other location in S.E.Asia.

Pang Soong Team Building Challenge (full day to overnight)
Taking place at the rustic Pang Soong Lodge & Field Centre, groups are provided with the option of a full day or overnight challenge, with can be combined with seminar time onsite as part of a “Back to Basics” Corporate Retreat.

Teams are provided with a series of half day options including the Jungle Survival Challenge (see above), the River Trace (see above) and the Pang Soong Challenge, which involves finding and completing a series of challenges located in and around the jungle and lodge area, including some that take place in the stream itself and at the base of a waterfall!

Additionally, groups can utilise the undercover, outdoor seminar areas, providing a natural setting, ideal for a back to basics strategic planning session.

If desired, the group can enjoy a BBQ campfire dinner, additional games and then stay overnight in the barracks style accommodation – which all provide excellent opportunities to generate team morale and cohesion.

Community service (half day to multi-day)
Track of the Tiger, through its award winning Voluntourists Without Borders initiative, takes a proactive approach to improving the long term situation of local villages in Northern Thailand. As part of our services, we offer corporate clients the opportunity to spend their corporate team building budgets on community construction projects in local schools and villages. The added benefit is that your group can then visit the site and participate in the final stages of construction such as painting, working alongside the village community. Often, it is this kind of work that will demonstrate to a manager the specific skills within employees that were previously unknown. Construction projects may include building classrooms, toilets, painting murals, teaching English, nature trail construction or others, depending on the budget of the client and needs of the community at that time.

Track of the Tiger takes it community development work very seriously and encourages clients to view the Voluntourists Without Borders website for more information as to our model, activities and goals.

Seminar and theory-based programmes (half day to multi-day)
Utilising our professional partners, Track of the Tiger can offer seminar-based sessions that utilise theory and practical examples to focus on communication skills, problem solving or other team and individual-related skills. These programmes, combined with the traditional outdoor team building challenges, provide a well rounded corporate training programme that will certainly leave a leading impression on participants.
