Pricing Policy

Payment:
Clients are asked to pay in full on confirmation of services, or alternatively (where practical) they may pay a 50% deposit and clear the balance on arrival. All payments must be made in Thai Baht.

- Prices are valid until 31st October 2009. For bookings after this date, please contact us.
Prices exclude VAT at 7%


PAYMENT METHODS

Introduction: We offer several different payment options in order that you may choose which one works best for you.

Direct transfer
After transferring the funds, please fax us a copy of the bank slip to: +66 (0) 53 801 674 ext 1 or scan and email to info@track-of-the-tiger.com Once we have received this copy, we will confirm your booking and issue a receipt. Payment should be transferred in Thai Baht only.

Paypal

Services can be paid via PayPal on the Track of the Tiger website. Paypal allows payment by Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Be aware that PayPal will apply a processing fee of 4% on funds transferred.

AMEX holding form

Track of the Tiger accepts delayed payment if a client completes an AMEX credit card deduction authorization form to cover the 50% deposit requirement.
We will HOLD the form until your arrival and then give you the option of paying the FULL amount in cash or by credit card on arrival. Note* There is a 3% surcharge levied for payments by credit card.

Additional payments
Should you incur additional costs while on tour, these will be settled directly with the Track of the Tiger, subject to additional services being available. These terms and conditions apply to all tours unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

As a rule we are flexible regarding cancellations and where they are requested we will only charge for costs we have actually incurred, or for cancellation fees demanded by our third party providers
